I just had my roof replaced by JRP ROofing ans Remodeling. I can't say enough good things about them. Mason Lee was wonderful, he was knowledgeable and took charge of dealing with the insurance company. He was at my house when the insurance adjuster came. Mason pointed out marked off the damages in chalk and took photos. The adjuster showed up with a drone and didn't even get on the roof to inspect it. I am quite sure that the claim would not have gone so smoothly had He not been there. The roofers were very good. They were efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Everything was completed in 1 day. I would definitely recommend this company and Mason Lee. I am planning to use the again for siding. ~ Jennifer B

This is our second major home repair/remodel with JRP roofing and remodeling first was a total remodel bathroom second complete New roof With one new sunroom roof and an additional porch roof. If we could give 10 stars, we would definitely amazing customer service Brittany you rock. Jaren and Chris are amazing. You get the job done even when your insurance company ( like ours) Questions every single thing this company has professional correct answers and will do the talking and fighting for you. 100%. Ask for a better team we are completely satisfied with both projects. Amazing professionals, Called insurance and made claim with me then they were at my home when the adjuster came to assess the claim. Jaren was 100% the reason the claim was approved in a timely manner (1 day). They gave me start date and unlike other companies they were there as scheduled. Completed ahead of schedule. This was the most positive business experience I have seen in years. It has been a few weeks from the completion and I have not found a single nail or even a tiny sliver of a shingle. NOW that is a professional result. I recommend you call them above any other company out there. Your satisfaction will leave you Amazed. I don’t normally write reviews, good ones at least, but I definitely felt compelled to write this one! I had to get some work done on my grandfather’s house and was worried about being taken advantage of by some mega company, but JRP sent out the most transparent and knowledgeable young man to explain everything and break everything down so that I could understand. The inspection went so smoothly, and they even filed my claim and met with the Insurance Adjuster for me! I didn’t realize they were locally owned and operated which was nice! JRP Roofing did an amazing job at replacing our roof! We are so pleased with the work these guys did. We were so impressed with how hard these guys worked to get our roof replaced, and how efficient they were in doing so. They had everything completed in 1 day!! They made sure to clean up all the debris around the lawn and made everything look Fantastic! The owner Jaren was a pleasure to work with, when he came out to give us the estimate he took his time to explain everything in detail to us and made sure we got exactly what we needed . He helped us through our insurance claim process as well. He was very knowledgeable and just a genuine good person overall. We were in need of a roofer and just happened to run into Jaren and some of his guys at a restaurant in Rock Hill. JRP Roofing and Remodeling was busy making roofing repairs resulting from the hail storm in Rock Hill and the chance meeting led to us contracting the company to help us with our project. JRP Roofing did everything they said they would do and were very professional throughout the whole process. The roof replacement and clean-up was completed on schedule and additional repairs were made to leave us in good shape! Door to door sales are very annoying this day and age. Some people work night shift so they leave signs not to knock or bother them during the day. Imagine someone ringing your door bell in the middle of the night? Out of the hundreds of salesmen I get, none read my signs to stay away from my door and respect it. Except one of your employees. He was kind and thoughtful enough not to do so. He left a card which is more than enough to put a business’s name out there. When we replace my MIL’s roof and drywall we will definitely be in touch because of this. Please have other d2d sales lead from this example. ~ Devan

I don't normally do reviews, but i must say the company JRP Roofing & Remodeling deserves 5 stars plus. My wife and i are first-time homeowners trapped in the disasters from Hurricane Helen. After 3-4 months of being given the run around from multiple other contracting companies and our insurance company, we finally were blessed with the right people from JRP Roofing & Remodeling! Most importantly, we have to give a BIG thanks to Zach Steadman! His professionalism and knowledge help us get control over our situation. Had a wicked storm and water came through the ceiling into our brand new kitchen. Called JRP roofing and out came Zac. He looked the roof over found wind and hail damage. He delt with the insurance company and I truly believe without his help they would have played the game ( if you know what I mean) Zac and his team got us covered minus deductable. He gave us options and I was surprised by how affordable for us to move up to a hail resistant shingle, and we did. The roof looks great! I feel confident that we are good for the next 25 years. JPR roofing did a great job! Working with Chris was awesome he took care of everything even meeting with the adjuster for inspection. His team of roofers were very hardworking and cleaned up so good you could not even tell they had been here. The roof looked amazing and they did it in one day. Chris even came out after the work was done to meet with my and take a look at the finished work. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but Chris and JPR go above and beyond! Crazy hail storm hit Oklahoma City back in October. I had so many roofers knocking on my doors, but had the opportunity to have Zach with JRP Roofing knock on my door at first. I was skeptical because I thought he was just like every other sales guy just trying to take my money, but he was very informative about the work that he did. I figured he was an expert in this field, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and decided to go with him and JRP Roofing. It was the best thing I ever done great company. ~ Jared B

So, a year and a half ago I gave JRP a 5 stars rating after the roof replacement, which went well. If I had it to do again I would give maybe a 3 stars. About 6 months after the initial work on my roof, JRP finally got around to the porch screen repair - not the best work but I was just glad to get it done. Between those repair jobs, I found some shoddy work on the vinyl and gutter work and requested attention to that. The workers returned but ended up with a repair job that was worse than the earlier work. ~ Elizabeth R

Zach Steadman of JRP worked tirelessly to guide me through the process of home insurance roofing claims. He determined there was visible hail damage on my roof from a recent May hailstorm. After the first adjustor sent by my home insurance did not agree with Zach's findings, Zach went on to create a thorough documentation of damage. I pursued a second adjustor's opinion and his survey of my roof along with Zach's photographic proof and documentation aided in my home insurance agreeing with their findings and provided a nice settlement offer. ~ Timothy B

JRP roofing went above and beyond with every aspect of the job. Chris Davis is an extremely knowledgeable consultant, who not only inspects your roof from the perspective of a roofer, but as a trained insurance adjuster as well. This man knows his stuff, and his findings were exactly the same as the insurance adjuster found. When other companies (Southern National) claimed normal wear and tear, and said insurance would never pay anything. They did their inspection from the ground with a laser pointer! They quoted 3 times as much as JRP. Chris Davis with JRP found evidence of recent hail damage, which the adjuster agreed with 100%. Bottom line, insurance paid 100% of the cost of my new roof. The crew showed up at 7am, by lunchtime, all of the old roof was off, cleaned up and hauled off. They also put down the vinyl covering on top of my decking, and had the bags of shingles staged on the roof, all before lunch! After lunch, my beautiful new roof was installed. These guys were highly respectful of my property and belongings, as well as being very professional. I will recommend JRP to anyone I know. ~ Jody S

He got his guys out to fix our problem very quickly before it rained again. They did really great work and I would have them do work in the future. Zak has been so wonderful to work with. He came out multiple times and helped me work it out with insurance. He has been so patient and showed me multiple options for our roof and bathroom renovation. This is my first big home project so I truly appreciate the answers Zak has given me through the process! Justin is great. He went above and beyond to help us get our old roof replaced. After storm damage, he was in direct contact with our insurance. Two giant trees fell on our house. We decided to use JRP to restore our house. They quickly repaired the major damage to prevent further damage from rain. Once we were safe from the rains, we decided to have all of our siding replaced with a different color. Now our home looks brand new! We highly recommend them. Thanks JRP! ~ Thomas W
